Doris LaForme Obituary
It is with sadness that the passing of Doris LaForme of Muncy, Pennsylvania is shared. Doris, born on December 7, 1937, passed away on September 16, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Doris LaForme to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, W. Herman Keener and G. Elizabeth Keener (Hoy); her husband Paul E. LaForme; and her nieces, Donna Moser and Lucille "Celley" Keener.
She is survived by: her sons, Harold LaForme (Kathy) of Muncy and Edward LaForme (Mary) of Watsontown; her grandchildren, Jennifer Myers (Chris), Christopher LaForme (Kari) and Charlee LaForme; her stepgrandchildren, Douglas, Christopher and Brittany Nyman; her great grandchildren, Tyler and Hayden Myers; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Benjamin Lechniak, Maxwell and Brynlee Nyman; her brother Charles Keener of Muncy; and her close friend Gary.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Zion Lutheran Church (39 Paradise St, Turbotville, PA 17772). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
