He is survived by: his daughter Kristie Anzulavich (Thomas); his grandchildren, Gage, Kade and Ainsley; his siblings, Dottie Alberico (Carmine), Dale Derrick and Diane Brown; his cousins, Steve and Michelle Michael; his stepfather Stanley Laidacker; and his pet Daisy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
