It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold L. Phillips Jr. of Muncy, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 28, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Phillips Sr. and Doris Phillips (Kempf); his children, Tawnya, Tina Phillips and Aaron Phillips; his granddaughter Kenedie Phillips; and his siblings-in-law, Gary Barto, Rudy Remsnyder and Vicky Remsnyder.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Remsnyder; his children, Korey Phillips of Muncy and Heather Gardner of Milton; his sister Nancy Heivly of Montgomery; and his grandchildren, Cora Seitzer and Ty Lloyd.
