He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Jay Muffly and Ruth A. Muffly (Weaver). He is survived by: his son James L., Jr.; his daughter-in-law Debra Muffly; his daughter Karen M. Sebring; his grandchildren, Austin J. Muffly (Brittnie), Matthew R. Sebring (Jessica) and Megan C. Todorow (Casey); and his great grandchildren, Walker, Connor, Brylee, Reagan, Emilia and Lilah.
In lieu of other tributes, contributions in Jim's name may be made to the March of Dimes or St. Andrew Lutheran Church.
