He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Vincent Furek and JoAnn Furek (Isdepski); his children, Jacob Vincent Furek of Pittsburgh and Alexa Marie Furek of Pittsburgh; his sisters, Lisa Murren (Steven) of Hughesville and Debra Boatman of Muncy; his siblings' children, Renee Lehmann, Kyle Murren and Ryan Boatman; his great-nieces, Alana Lehman and Natalie Ann Boatman; and his great-nephew Lucas Christopher Boatman.
