He was predeceased by : his parents, W. Kimber Smith and Joanne Smith (Clark); and his brothers, Thomas R. and David W. Smith. He is survived by : his wife Susan E. Woodley; his siblings, Stephen J. Smith of Williamsport and Susan D. Klotz (Jonathan) of Williamsport; and his parents-in-law, Jean Garvick of Muncy, Cathy Dougherty (Steve) of Hughesville, Keith Sherwood (Patty) of Hughesville and Kelley Mitchell (Lou) of Hanover.
