He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur C. Keene and Nora J. Keene (Edwards); his wife Catherine M. Shook; his son Norman Keene Jr.; his brother Arthur Jr. (Dixie Keene); and his siblings-in-law, Violet Keene and Robert E. Jones.
He is survived by: his siblings, John F. Keene Sr. (Mary Keene) and Janet K. Jones. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
