She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert McManigal and Lena McManigal (Schlock); her husband Clarence Rathmell, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Betsy Rathmell; and her siblings, Lawrence McManigal, Louise Meserole, Erma McManigal, Betty Kisner and Robert McManigal.

She is survived by: her son Roger Rathmell of Chesterfield, MO; and her granddaughter Carrie Meeker (Eric).

The family will provide the flowers and suggests memorial contributions be made to the Lycoming County SPCA, 2805 Reach Rd., Williamsport, PA 17701. Expressions of sympathy may be shared at http://www.grenoblefuneralhome.com.
