It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Penny Kutz of Muncy, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 10, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Meeker and Margaret Meeker (Hunsinger); and her husband Frank Kutz. She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey (Patty Kutz), Kevin (Linda Kutz), Stephen Kutz (Courtney Womack) and Wendy Kutz (Mona Lacy). She is also survived by four grandchildren, five step-grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
