He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph A. Mack and Ruth J. Mack (Kemper); and his siblings, Delbert, Leroy, Phillip and Dorothy.
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Varner; his sons, Randy Evan Mack (Michelle) and Nathan Lynn Mack; his grandson Seth Mack (Kaitlin); his great grandchild Jackson; his grandsons, Shawn Mack (Cassandra), Brett Mack and Benjamin Mack; and his siblings, Celia Butler, Edith Cartwright and Arlen Mack. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Ted's name can be made to the Missions Department of New Covenant Assembly of God, 1270 Pinchtown Road, Montgomery, PA 17752.
