He was predeceased by : his parents, Phelps M. Weaver and Naomi M. Weaver (Brame); and his brother-in-law Fred Kramer. He is survived by : his sisters, Gloria Kramer of Newville, Nancy Lyons (Richard) of Muncy and Kathryn Taggart (David) of Muncy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
