He was predeceased by: his father Richard Moser. He is survived by: his sons, Carl Moser (Tiffany) of Colorado Springs, CO and Stuart Moser of Muncy; his sister Susan Wertman of Muncy; his granddaughter Heather Moser; and his close friend Loretta Smith.
