She was predeceased by: her husband John R. Smider; her brother Clement Gazda (late Shirley); and her parents, John Gazda and Mary Gazda (Petrick). She is survived by: her children, Mark, Denise Glumac (George), Brian Smider (Terri) and David "Sam" Smider (Mary); her grandchildren, Amanda, Cassie, Sara, Ryan, Leandra, Michael, Tyler, Alexandra, Austin, Nicholas, Samantha and Benjamin; her stepgrandchildren, Chelsie, Michael and Justin; her great grandchildren, Emma, Alanna and Rebecca; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Anthony, Evelyn, Zoey, Maddox, Emersyn and Owen. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
