He was predeceased by: his parents, Benedictus Pacacha and Maria Pacacha; his wife Veronica "Vern" Pacacha (Herock); and his siblings, Walter Alexander "Wally" Pacacha, Josephine Mary "Josie" Debiak, Irene Pacacha, Stephen Pacacha, Sylvester "Cy" Pacacha, Regina Sudzina, Dolores Savage, Norbert Pacacha, Frank Victor Pacacha and Patricia "Patsy" Kampert.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Matthew J. "Jackie" Jacobs (Ann) of Houston and Marie S. Ladd (David) of Queenstown, Maryland.; and his brother Carl Thomas Pacacha of Michigan.
