She was predeceased by: her husband George "Cibby" Cibulka; her parents, Stanley A., Sr. and Johanna Koza (Tomastik); her siblings, Lillian Sperhac (late John) and Stanley A. "Stush" Koza, Jr. (Mary); and her brother-in-law Leonard Cibulka (late Dot).
She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Fish (Tim) and Patti Steranchak; her grandchildren, Tim (Shereen), Ryan Fish (Carly) and Lori Andrade (Matt); and her great grandchildren, Gianna, Maks, Beckett Andrade, Logan, Ava, Norah and Kennedy Fish. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the St. Thomas the Apostle Parish, 1 St. Therese Court, Munhall, PA 15120.
