He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harrington Ramsey and Virginia Appell Ramsey; his wife Lois Jeanie Ramsey; and his siblings, James H. Ramsey II and Joy Schussett.
He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Jacque Ramsey Smith (Edward D. Smith); his sister Antoinette "Toni" Ramsey Bittner; his grandchildren, Cory E. Smith (Abby Smith), Courtney E. Smith and Ciersten M. Smith; and his great grandchildren, Gabriella E. Smith, Gracie L. Smith and Graydon C. Smith. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, and countless friends.
