Richard Sauerwein Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Sauerwein of Munhall, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 15, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Sauerwein and Cleo Sauerwein (Firle); and his siblings, Beatrice Huwe, Carol Ribar, Donald Sauerwein and Alan Sauerwein.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Sauerwein (Speicher); his children, Shani Andzelik (John) and Kara Sauerwein (Steve Wisniewski); his granddaughter Vivian; and his sister Karen Horvath. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Savolskis - Wasik - Glenn Funeral Home, Inc. (3501 Main St, Munhall, PA 15120).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the ALS Association (https://www.als.org).
