He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Radcliffe and Berni Jean Radcliffe (Hanks). He is survived by: his wife Lisa Destefano; his stepdaughter Nicole Milkowski (Michael); his grandchildren, Darren Destefano, Dylan Milkowski, Nathan Milkowski, Khloe Milkowski and Haley Milkowski; and his cousins, Deborah Hanks, Brian Hanks and David Wain.
