He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry D., Jr. and Helen R. Capp (Sabolcik); and his brother Allen J. "Al" Capp. He is survived by: his sister Sandra Capp-Mihalek of Pittsburgh, PA; his sibling's child Thomas J. "TJ" Mihalek of Munhall, PA; his sister-in-law Debbie Capp; his sibling's children, Ryan M. Capp and Ashley M. Capp of Orlando, FL.; and his godchild T. J. Mihalek.
