It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alan A. Marian Sr. (Murrysville, Pennsylvania), who passed away on June 16, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Marian and Erma Louise Marian (Alt); his brother Frederick Marian; and his uncle Walter Marian. He is survived by: his sons, Alan A. Marian Jr. (Mary) and Gregory C. Marian (Amanda); his grandchildren, Abigail Marian, Anthony Marian, Andrew Marian and Kyleigh Marian; and his great grandchildren, Atleigh Still and Angela White. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Carnegie Mellon Library, for whom Alan was a fervent supporter.
