He is survived by: his wife Laura Dernar (Tingleff); his daughters, Chantelle Filotei (Greg) and Sarah Bressler (Nicholas); his grandchildren, Matthew, Owen, Lyla and Brooke; and his siblings, Ronald Dernar (Diane) of Wattsburg, PA, Terry Dernar (Barb) of Wattsburg, PA and Sherri Miller (Mark) of New Castle, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
