He is survived by: his wife Beverly Anne Pearce-Smith; his sons, David Scott Pearce-Smith (Heidi Anne), Eric Matthew Pearce-Smith and Mark Pearce Smith; his grandchildren, Henry and Madeleine; and his siblings, Thomas D. Smith, Valerie Higbee and Wendy Ferrara. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
