He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Smith and Clara Smith (Byrd); and his brothers-in-law, Albino Muro and James Skinner. He is survived by: his wife Linda Smith (Skinner); his siblings, Shirley Muro, Erva Smith (Bill) and Walter Smith (Sheryl); and his siblings-in-law, Mary Ann Bellora and Gary Skinner (Carla). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
