She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Kozakovsky and Mary Kozakovsky; and her husband Edward Lee Smith. She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Darge and Lisa Landi (Michael); and her grandsons, Ryan Darge (Tanya), Jason Darge, Thomas Landi and David Landi (Gillian).
