He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Phinney and Carl Phinney; his son Jack Phinney Jr. (Kristin); and his granddaughter Cailyn Phinney. He is survived by: his wife Regina Phinney (Bronder); his daughter Diane Roberts-Scanlan (RJ); his granddaughters, Jillian Phinney (Nick), Mariel Phinney, Allie Hapach (Nick), Elise Fetrow (Mike), Kara Scanlan, Andi Trageser, Katrina Trageser, Quinn Phinney and Tegan Phinney; his great grandchildren, Aubrey Phinney and Margo Fetrow; his sister Marlyn Bell; and his pets, Ju-Ju, Johnny and Bob. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Jacks name to Clelian Heights School.
