We announce the death of James Christy Kunkle of Murrysville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 16, 2026, at the age of 92. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Paul and Sarah Elizabeth Kunkle (Christy); his wife Rose T. Kunkle (Majewski); his sister Brenda K. Meyers; his in-laws, Albert, Gertrude Majewski, Stanley, Evelyn Majewski, Frank and Bertha Brozek; his nieces, Janet Baran and Donna Sekowski; and his close friend Joan Gipson.
He is survived by: his brother Dennis Kunkle (Margaret) of Florida; his nephews, Dennis Majewski (Kathy), Dennis Baran and Clare Sekowski; his niece Arlene Morsetti (Ron); and his close friend Marlene Kossack. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and their children and friends.
