He was predeceased by: his son Patrick J. Ryan; his parents, Wallace Ryan and Olive Ryan; and his sister Sue "Honey" Ryan. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie J. Ryan; and his children, Shellie Davis (Gary Davis) of Jeannette, Pennsylvania and Mike Ryan (Tammy Ryan) of Scottsdale, Arizona.. He is also survived by nine great-grandsons.
