He was predeceased by : his parents, Ruth B. III and John G. Foight III; his wife Sandra W. Foight; his sister-in-law Beverly Waters; and his nephews, Ronald and Christopher Wentzel.

He is survived by : his daughter Jennifer (David Archibald); his granddaughter Emily Mills; his stepgranddaughter Lilienna Archibald; his son-in-law Jeffrey Mills (Andrea Walsh); his grandchildren-in-law, Beckem and Bronson; his sister Judy Nobs (Bob); his sister-in-law Debra Reck (Gary); and his nieces and nephews, Amy Lamar (Richard), Nicole Swierczyk (Ed), Kathi Gamm (Terry), Derek Nobs (Aimee) and Matthew Wentzel.
