We are sad to announce that on July 20, 2022, at the age of 59, John B. Phelan (Murrysville, Pennsylvania), born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father John Walter Phelan; and his stepfather Guido Cappelli Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Catherine Conley Cappelli; his sons, John "J. J." Phelan (Angela) and Jerry L. F. Phelan; his grandsons, Sean and Jacob Phelan; his former wife Robin M. Phelan; and his siblings, Lori Wampler (Jesse), Lisa Campbell (Kevin), James Phelan (Marci) and Joseph Phelan. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
