He was predeceased by: his parents, John Belak and Delphine Belak (Trogolo); his father-in-law James Lasitis; and his brother-in-law Michael Harmon. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his daughter Jolene (Joshua Rieder); his granddaughters, Jordan, Phoebe and Tabitha; his pet Shaggy; his brother Joseph Belak (Tracey); his mother-in-law Helen Lasitis; and his siblings-in-law, Belinda Ungvarsky (Vince), Brenda Williams (John), Barbara Harmon, Beth Navari (John) and Timothy Lasitis (Holly). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
