He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore D. Kelley Sr. and Frances Kelley (Perry); and his brother Theodore D. Kelley, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean Kelley (Gundlach); his daughter Janet Cindric of Elizabeth Township; and his siblings, Edward Craig Kelley of Tionesta, Robert B. Kelley (Shirley) of Plum Boro and Nancy Visnic of Mount Oliver. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
