He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Lee and Gloria Ann Gallop (Baxter). He is survived by: his wife Kay Marie Gallop (Layser); his daughters, Kelly Joy (Jeremy Miles Ulrich), Kimberly Nicole (Andrew James "Andy") and Julia Layser; his brother James Winston Gallop (Donna (Houck)); his grandsons, Mason Jeremy and Owen Parker Ulrich; his nephews, Andrew Ryan and Jared James Gallop; and his niece Megan Elizabeth (Matthew Fredrick).
