He was predeceased by : his parents, John Shaak and Myrtle Shaak (Wolfe). He is survived by : his wife Sally Ann Shaak (Whitmoyer); his children, Frederick "Fritz" Shaak, Jr. (Cathy), Michael Shaak (Corinne) and Stephanie Carpenter (Brian); his grandchildren, Rebekka Kuhn (Daniel), Frederick Shaak III (Haley), Michael Shaak, Jr. (Taylor), Madelyn Shaak and Claire Shaak; and his great grandchildren, Henry Kuhn, Callum Kuhn and Frederick Shaak IV.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Fritz's honor may be made to the Myerstown Keystone Hook & Ladder Co. #1.
