He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul P. Miller and Ellen Mae Miller (Bowman). He is survived by: his son Terry (Cynthia Miller); his grandchildren, Jody Miller, Melissa (Chase Steffy) and Jeffrey (Kelsey Miller); and his great grandchildren, Cashus, Mayson, Charlie, Jack, Ada and Samuel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
