With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Irene Marie Cassel of Myerstown, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 5, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Rhodes and Louella Rhodes (Mull); her husband Henry M. Cassel, Sr.; and her sons, Henry "Hub" M. Cassel, Jr. and Jeffrey Cassel.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra A. Mentzer of Myerstown and Diane L. (Greg Garner) of Lititz; her grandchildren, Michelle Cassel, Dale Mentzer, Jennifer Hoover (Josh), Ashley Schaeffer and Josh Garner (Janelle); her great grandchildren, Kurt Knoll, Austin Mentzer, Sierra Millinder, Tanamera Hoover, Trevor Howe, Tyler Eitnier, Peyton Garner, Neil Schaeffer and Casey Garner; and her great great grandchild Noah Eitnier.
