He is survived by: his stepmother June Wolfe (Copenhaver); his wife Patricia Wolfe (Mock); his children, Michael Wolfe, Nicole Lazarus (Joshua) and Joshua Wolfe (Sarah); his grandchildren, Ryan, Tori, Kristie, Taylor, James, Aaron and Abigail; his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Noah, Brooklynne and Emma; and his sisters, Beverly Fry and Pamela Stellar.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to First Baptist Church of Lebanon or to the ALS Association.
