He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Lewis and Beatrice Lewis (Schofield); his grandfather Bob; and his son Bob Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Jean Lewis; his children, David (Cathy), Susan and Sharon (Dominick); his grandchildren, Dan (Joan), Melissa (Brad), David (Elizabeth), Jackie (Rose), Sean (Mary), Casey, Nick (Emily), Chris and Brandon (Courtney); and his great grandchildren, Grace, Briella, Jaxson, Cassius, Matthew, Saphira, Cora, Elizabeth, Scarlett and Adelaine.
A committal service will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery (60 Indiantown Gap Rd, Annville, PA 17003).
