He was predeceased by: his wife Helene E. Detwiler; his parents, Linnaeus Allebach and Mary Detwiler (Kriebel); and his sister Grace Griffith. He is survived by: his son Carl Detwiler of Myerstown; and his nieces, Pamela Costanzo and Marsha Griffith.
