In loving memory of Donald Skiff of Nanticoke, Pennsylvania, born in Tupper Lake, New York, who departed this world on April 4, 2024 at the age of 77. He was predeceased by : his parents, Jay Skiff and Agnes Tetreault Skiff; and his son Donnie Skiff. He is survived by : his daughter Dawn Pollick of Glen Lyon, PA; his grandchildren, Tiana Yevich (Billy) of Shickshinny, PA and Caven Pollick (Leah) of Mocanaqua, PA; his great grandchildren, Elena and Caleb Yevich; and his siblings, Jay A Skiff of Tupper Lake, NY, Steven Skiff of Tupper Lake, NY, Pam Skiff of Cumberland, MD, Pat Bruszewski (Roger), Joan Stuart (Shawn) of Tupper Lake, NY and Jean Wilcox of Marietta, GA.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the S. J. Grontkowski Funeral Home (530 W Main St, Plymouth, PA 18651). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, contributions if desired, may be made in Don's memory to St. Vincent de Paul Kitchen of Wilkes-Barre, PA.

“We extend our condolences to Don's family and friemds. Both of us were Don's colleagues at Misericordia University and served with Don on many committees. Don was a kind and generous man , gifted with many talents, not the least of which were his fine teaching skills and advocacy for his students. He contributed much to the University professionally and personally. His warm smile, sense of humor, and generous nature endeared him to many. He will be missed; he was a good and compassionate man.”
