He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Samson and Barbara Samson; and his sister Tammy. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Matthew (Angelique) and Carolann (John); his stepson Brian; and his brothers, Rod of Nanticoke and Jeff (Sandy) of Ohio. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
