He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lewis Sr. and Elizabeth Woodeshick Lewis; and his siblings, Elizabeth Lewis, Janet Lewis, Walter Lewis Jr., Shirley Dzoch, Clifford Lewis and William Lewis.
He is survived by: his sibling's children, Walter Lewis III (Karen), Michael Lewis, Edward Lewis (Lori), Terri Lewis, Bill Lewis (Jennifer), Dallas, Robert Lewis, Kevin Lewis, Wilkes Barre Twp, Stephen Dzoch, David Dzoch and Walter Dzoch; and his sister-in-law Jeanie Lewis.
