It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Allen Peard (Nanticoke, Pennsylvania), born in Luzerne, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 23, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, William Peard Sr. and Ada Peard (Watters); and his siblings, Charles Peard, Doreen Peard, Nancy Peard and Marion Peard Frushon.

He is survived by : his wife Gloria-Jean Peard (Harbay); his sons, Matthew Peard (Christa), Nanticoke, Gareth Peard, Sao Paulo and Brazil; his pet Joba; his sister Kathleen Ishley; and his nieces, Doreen Grabowski and Kathy Grabowski.
