He is survived by: his wife Diane; his son Michael (Angel); his grandchildren, William and Savanah; his son Matthew (Traci); his granddaughter Samantha; his children, Daniel and Angela (Greg); his grandchildren, Alec, Bryce and Emelia; his great grandchildren, Antonio, Grayson and Osiris; and his sister Linda Sebetich (Michael).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Nanty Glo Fire Department, C.O.R.E, or to a pet rescue organization, in Mike's memory.
