He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicola DeMaio and Angeline DeMaio; his son Michael A. DeMaio; his grandchildren, Alexandra (Cory), Cortney (Ken), Ruby, Michael, Peter, Nicola, Christopher, Olivia, Alyssa, Ariana, Jenna, Vincenzo, Joseph, Gia and Giovanni; and his siblings, Antonio (Assunta), Arcangelo (Ruth) and Nicolina (Gabriele).
He is survived by: his wife Margaret M. DeMaio (Gilkes); and his sons, Nicholas P. DeMaio (Alison), Christopher DeMaio (Lauren) and Peter J. DeMaio (Tricia).
