She is survived by: her husband Kenneth J. McCormack; her daughters, Lisa Tajak (Ralph) of Sewickley Heights and Erin McCormack (Chuck Betush) of Lower Burrell; her grandson Joseph Kutsenkow; her siblings, Patrick Bubash (Joyce), Karen Blake-Veri (Louie), Douglas Bubash (Gloria) and Michele Staninecz (James); and her cousins, Angels Lorraine and Cindy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
