He was predeceased by: his parents, William P. Simpson and Ella I. Simpson (Walters); and his siblings, William, Kenneth, Alvin Simpson, Zella Sadowski, Katherine Simpson, Betty Celko and Madeline Burns.
He is survived by: his wife Marcella J. "Marcy" Simpson (Mortimer); his children, Scott Simpson (Karla) of Natrona Heights and Carol Landfried of Ross Township; and his grandsons, Ryan and Brad Simpson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Janes United Methodist Church (947 Freeport Rd, Creighton, PA 15030).
