He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Slomkoski and Stella Slomkoski (Zandarski); and his brother-in-law Charles Lentz. He is survived by: his wife Kathie Slomkoski (Rehak); his sons, Nicholas (Heather Scherf Slomkoski) and Kathies; and his sister Carol Fiola (Lou Fiola).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cicholski-Zidek Funeral Home (1522 Carlisle St, Natrona Heights, PA 15065). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
