He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Ladie and Dorothy Ladie (McCullough); and his son John T. Ladie. He is survived by: his wife Darcy Ladie (Heasley); his daughters, Carlene Concoly (Jeff) and Jodi Ladie (Brad Woods); his grandchildren, Kenley Woods, Grayson Woods, Camden Woods, Ashlee Gumkowski (Jeff), Justin Concoly (Allison) and Shawna Concoly (Joshua); his great grandchildren, John Concoly and Madelyn Gumkowski; and his brothers, William Ladie (Carol), James Ladie (Donna) and Tom Ladie (Bridgette). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and many long-time friends.
In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions to Ford City Sportsman's club.
