He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph B. Tabacek and Elizabeth Tabacek (Mraz); his daughter Mary Lynn Tabacek; and his brother Paul Tabacek. He is survived by: his wife Antoinette Tabacek (Callahan); his daughters, Terri Dubnicay (Robert) of New Kensington, Joan Tabacek of Natrona Heights and Susan Costantino (John) of Hamilton, OH; his sisters, Elizabeth Panian of Natrona Heights and Dorothy Jeanne Jancech (Syl) of Cheswick; his sister-in-law Terrye Tabacek of Allegheny Township; his grandsons, Richard J. Horzempa of New Kensington and Robert G. Dubnicay (Anastasia) of Pittsburgh; and his great grandchild Oscar Dubnicay.
In lieu of flowers, Joe's family suggests that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Animal Protectors of Allegheny Valley.
