She is survived by: her husband Carl "Bucky" Jack Sr.; her children, Kimberly Szabo (Jeffrey "Zak"), Carl Jack Jr. (Karen) and Kristen Jack; her grandchildren, Ryan Jack, Ashley Ludwig, Jessica Jack and Morgan Jack; and her sisters, Yvonne Nitowski (Fran) and Linda Stempkoski (Matthew). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
